Program participation fees are only a small part of the total cost of an IFYE exchange program. The IFYE Alumni Association underwrites approximately 85% of the total costs.
Each applicant is required to submit a $100 non refundable fee at the same time of the application completion.
Following the application, the individual will be contacted to complete the interview and selection process. Once that is completed, country assignments are made and agreed upon, then the second non-refundable payment of $2,400 will be expected to be paid by March 15, 2017. This fee will largely be used to purchase the IFYE participants round-trip airfare.
The final non-refundable $500 fee will be due on May 15, 2017.
The total Participant fee is $3,000.00
